The Type 15 Shuttlepod is an extremely versatile small sublight vehicle. It has a crew of 2, and can be configured to carry either 2 cubic metres of cargo or up to 2 passengers.
The two Type 15's stationed at Freeman's Island are named Frodo and Bilbo, after characters from classic Earth Literature. Duck Blind 1's shuttlepod is named Robin and Duck Blind 2's is Marian. Outpost 2, 3 and 4's Type 15 shuttlepods are named Hawkeye, Hiawatha and Glooskap. |
