- Challenger defended against the Borg attack on Earth in 2374, and was stranded for 2 years in an alternate Borg-infested universe until they were able to capture a Borg Scout Cube and determine the date of the change in history. Challenger then sling-shotted back to First Contact with the Vulcans and followed the Enterprise-E back to the 24th century, arriving in 2376.
